2. SALE OF HARDWARE AND BUILDING MATERIALS.

3. DEMOLITION AND SALVAGE:
The demolition market demands the skill to disassemble, salvage and recycle variety of structures and equipment, often in a limited time frame area.We have successfully completed projects with such demand.
Our services include solid and liquid waste collection,disposal,development and implementation of waste reduction,reuse and recycling programs.These are accomplished bearing in mind the entire legal framework as enshrined in our Environmental, Health and Safety policy statement.
5. LEASING OF EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT:
We have specially trained engineers, mechanics and operators who assist to provide efficient and dynamic services to our clients anytime anywhere we are called upon.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO
LEASING OF EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT.
The lesser have dynamic operators who operate machines safely for the services of the lessee.
I. MOBILIZATION: Conveying the machine to,and from the site of the lessee is the responsibility of the lessee.
II. IDLENESS: Conveying the machine to the site of the lessee without job at hand which normally terms as stand-by is half (1/2) payment of daily rate.
III. PAYMENT: Negotiable advance payment is require for all daily works. However, for Minig Companies,payment is require at the end of every month or to an agreed period for both parties.
IV. FUEL: Adequate fuel must be supplied by the lessee for any require jobs.However, where the lessee require the lesser to provide, it is back charged after delivery of service.
V. SERVICE: The machines can be used for any required job at any time being it Day or Night.
VI. MAINTENANCE: The servicing of the machines is the responsibility of the lesser.
VII. CHARGES: All the rates listed below are subjected to negotiation.
VII. NEGOTIABLE ADVANCE: Payment is required for the services of any machine.
IX. TERMINATION: Failure to effect payment at agreed period of payment will lead to termination of contact.
X. WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICES: Two weeks(14 days) prior notice must be served when the services of our machines are no longer needed and vice-versa.
XI. ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING: Accommodation
and Feeding is provided by the lesser,but for Mining Companies Accommodation and Feeding is made available by the lessee.
